Madhya Pradesh Pharmacy Council Document Verification Process

After completing the registration and slot booking the next step in MP PCI is to verify your document in the office of Madhya Pradesh state pharmacy council.

The candidate has to visit the MP PCI with required set of documents to complete the verification process. The verification of documents start from the 11AM to 5:30PM . Each day around 40-50 candidates appointment is scheduled for the document verification. 

The process of verification is simple and can be completed within 15-20 min after reaching the office of MP state Pharmacy Council at JP Hospital Bhopal.

Documents Required for Verification:

At the time of submitting the documents the Applicant must be present physically at MP PCI office. 

For B.Pharmacy Candidate : (photocopy)

1. Online Registration Receipt
2. Slot booking date receipt
3. High school (10th class) marksheet
4. Intermediate/Higher Secondary (12th class) marksheet
5. Provisional Degree/Degree
6. All semester marksheet
7. Domicile certificate (मूल निवासी प्रमाण पत्र खुद का)
8. Adhar Card
9. 2 Passport size photo (same as uploaded in online registration)

Note: Please Carry All the original Documents as well and must carry Last semester original marksheet for verification.

For D.Pharmacy Candidate:

1. Online Registration Receipt
2. Slot booking date receipt
3. High school (10th class) marksheet
4. Intermediate/Higher Secondary (12th class) marksheet
5. All semester marksheet/ Both 2 years marksheet
6. Training Certificate
7. Training Institute license and Panjiyan certificate
8. Domicile certificate (मूल निवासी प्रमाण पत्र खुद का)
9. Adhar Card
10. 2 Passport size photo (same as uploaded in online registration)

Note: Please Carry All the Original Documents as well and must carry Last semester/year original marksheet for verification.

After Submitting the documents:

After successfully submitting the above documents wait for 30-40min to get the email from the MP PCI to know about the status of the application.(some times it may take 1 days time)

Application approval email

 If you get any Hold Related mail then go to the online registration dashboard and check what documents they require/requested. Or simply ask them about the hold.

After this email just go to dashboard and clear the Hold related query on editing the registration by uploading the required documents. Then the hold is cleared and you will get Approval email same as above.
